The Copes Hill range of wines are made from grapes sourced from neighbouring Grampians vineyards and blended with our estate grown fruit, minimal handling and intervention of the wine are critical to maintaining the full fruit flavours from the vineyard, the wine displays the hallmarks of classic cool climate Shiraz and is supported by well-balanced oak integration.

Palate: The mid palate is dominated by ripe plums, spice and pepper which give way to a medium bodied finish, supported by fine tannins
